Cristian Florin Țucă studied Engineering at Politehnica University in Bucharest then began his career with Renault Group in 1995. He spent several years as Senior Local Suppliers Performance Manager, overseeing chassis, body, industrial equipment and logistics services suppliers.
2007 to 2010 Regional Suppliers Performance Manager for Global Overseas Markets, Renault-Nissan Alliance.
2019 Director of Business Transformation, Renault Romania.
2021 Romania Purchasing Director, Automobile Dacia.
15 March 2023 Appointed HORSE Chief Purchasing Officer (CPO), effective 1 July 2023.
