José Antonio Rodríguez holds a graduate degree in Business Administration from Universidad San Pablo CEU Madrid (Spain) and a postgraduate degree in European Business Studies from Università degli Studi di Ancona (Italy), and started his career in HR at DuPont (1997 to 2006) then Alstom.
2010 Country HR Director, Spain, Alstom Group.
2020 Started at Renault Group as Corporate HR Director, Spain, also serving as Trustee and VP of the Renault España Foundation during that time.
15 March 2023 Appointed HORSE Chief People & Organisation Officer (CPOO), effective 1 July 2023.
